Japanske Tresnje

Source: Wikipedia; Mount Fuji seen through Cherry Blossom

O tome sto Sakura tresnja predstavlja u japanskoj kulturi sam pronasla sljedece: "Whereas in China the cherry blossom symbolizes feminine beauty, the feminine principle, or love, in Japan the cherry blossoms are believed to exemplify the transient nature of life, because of their short blooming times."

Proljece je stiglo i u nas kvart. Ovo drvo magnolije nas je posebno dojmilo.

Neodoljiva grupa narcisa uz put...

Tulipani i zumbuli, bez kojih proljeca naravno nema...

Sretan Uskrs!

Check out my tulips!! Yeah!
Random pansises, by the sidewalk...
And now, my complete and overpowering obsession with anything Easter: Bunnies, chicks, chickens, eggs, pastel colors, flowers etc. Check out the bunny on the apron...

I.

Mom is leaving...

We had such a good time...
And my mom enjoyed herself so much...

Even though the winter is still quite strong and yucky...
So we mostly tried to keep warm and hang out around our home...

But spring is coming after all and it looks like my tulips bulbs have made it through the winter. Can't wait for the flowers!
Love,
I.
